    The conference and One-To-One Meetings will be held in the hotel's conference facilities located on the first floor.

    Business casual attire is expected for conference sessions. Formal attire is recommended for the gala dinner.

  • 3. How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

    The Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town Hotel is located 11 km from Wroclaw Nicolaus Copernicus Airport (WRO). We recommend using local taxi services, such as ELE Taxi (+48 22 811 11 11), Uber or Bolt.

    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on September 16, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on September 18.
