• 1. Where will the conference and One-To-One Meetings take place?

  The conference and One-To-One Meetings will be held in the hotel's conference facilities located on the first floor.

• 2. What is the dress code?

  Business casual attire is expected for conference sessions. Formal attire is recommended for the gala dinner.

• 3. How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

  The Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town Hotel is located 11 km from Wroclaw Nicolaus Copernicus Airport (WRO). We recommend using local taxi services, such as ELE Taxi (+48 22 811 11 11), Uber or Bolt.

• 4. What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

  Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on September 16, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on September 18.

• 5. Is transportation from the hotel to the gala provided?

  Yes, we provide buses that depart from the hotel at 7:20 PM and 7:40 PM.

• 6. Can I submit questions to the speakers in advance?

  The hotel offers paid parking, PLN 100 for 24 hours, PLN 20 for 1 hour. Payment can be made at the hotel reception.

  Yes, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the entire facility.

• 11. Can I bring an accompanying person with me?

  The event is reserved exclusively for employees of the Handling Agent and Business Partners. PLL LOT does not cover the costs of accommodation or meals for companions, nor does it provide them with seats at the conference or evening gala.
